 Programs: 

TECAS provides Programs for Sinumeric controls 840C and 840D. 

Following CNC machines can be supported:

WFL Millturn multi axis, Zimmermann Gantry 5 axis, Wirth et Gruffat, Toshulin, Niles, Weingartner Rotomill and all machines of DMG, EMCO, MÜGA, BOST and more. 

  With all the experience of machining challenging parts like turbine shafts, printing rollers, landing gears, crankshafts, rocket propulsion, gears, aircraft parts, TECAS can prepare programs for all kind of machine tools.

  Wealso offer customized machine and probing cycles on the Siemens Sinumeric 840D control for all types of machines and measuring devices like Renishaw and Marposs.

 Cycles:

TECAS can provide customized cycles for your machin tool.

There is a wide range of cycles, which optimize your programming process. Also your machining process can be optimized with cycles like Adaptive control, Part counting, Time cupturing, Special drilling cycles for special drills and much more.

It is also possible to make parametrized Programs for exsample for crakshafts.
